• minimum order quantities, tooling charges, sample charges, development schedules and production lead times are subject to project review;
• a sample is for evaluation and may differ from mass production within agreed tolerances; and
• production begins only after the required approvals, deposits, documents and other agreed conditions have been completed.

4. Product Information

We work to keep Website information accurate and current, but footwear colors, materials, textures, measurements and other details may appear differently on different screens or may change during development. Images may show prototypes, reference designs or customized products that are not available for general sale. Availability, certification, testing and market suitability must be confirmed for each project.

You are responsible for confirming that a product and its labeling, packaging, testing and documentation meet the laws, standards and market requirements applicable to your intended use and destination, unless a written contract expressly assigns a responsibility to us.
